What makes us different?
Unlike most of our competitors, we do not offer some universal coaching/advisers program, that is the same for every client. The IBEX journey begins with an intake interview where we get to know you, your business and identify the goals you have set for both. From there, we will identify the strengths and weaknesses within the organization and create an action plan for success. This could focus on a specific employee, department or the entire company, but will always be carried out with full transparency towards, and in full agreement with, the client.
We will build a custom guided approach, tailored to the specific needs of the company. This could result in weekly meetings, a short-term guidance contract or perhaps assistance with business planning.
We will always only offer what is needed and accepted by our clients and will never have them locked into long term contracts at high, monthly rates.
We only work with a limited number of clients at one time, in order to properly concentrate on them, their wishes and their needs. Working with IBEX means working with a group of specialists that actually have your best interest in mind and are not looking for quick cash grabs by having clients sign contracts prior to actually discussing their needs. Some IBEX clients only need us once or twice, others stay with us for extended periods of time or during a succession planning program.
